Hc that after Little Berry eventually closes its doors(nothing serious the old lady just retired) Kirai lands Sagara a job at the Cafe, partly to help her out and partly to mess with Kotora. The Abyssal Wave Cake mentioned in her timeskip sketch was 100% off-menu but he’s easygoing(and tired tbh) enough to just be whatever towards it.

Misane was gone.
It never got easier to process, but once he’d emerged from the fog it sent him into, the reality of the situation crashed down on him and all the self loathing he’d built up through the years came down with it.
